RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R&D)

Every RAGNAR welder is the result of daily efforts of an experienced team of mechanical, electronic and welding engineers.

TEMPERATURE SIMULATION CHAMBER

Every new RAGNAR welder must pass the thermal endurance test under extreme temperatures
(-40~+40°C).

SALT
SPRAY TEST CHAMBER

Simulates a highly corrosive and humid environments. Particularly relevant to test product reliability for off-shore platforms, minig, oil & gas etc.

VIBRATION
TEST

Reduces failure rates caused by vibration during transport.

RAINFALL
TEST

Tests tolerance to entrance of liquids in order to meet IP (Ingress Protection) level required by CE certification.

DUST TEST

Tolerance to metal dust which accumulates on electronic components and PCBs over the years.

WELDING TEST

One of the most important tests, as the weldability of the product is imperative to meet European welding habit demands.

EUROPEAN STANDARD (CE)

RAGNAR welders are on the track when it’s about following the latest European Standards, such as EN IEC 60974-1:2018 and EN 60974-10:2014+A1:2015 related to CE directives 2014/35/EU (Low Voltage) and 2014/30/EU (Electromagnetic Compatibility).

When required, the welder would be tested for the EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and the capability to limit the RE and CE (Radiated Emissions and Conductive Emissions).
